Mildenhall swims are all 5.30 to 7.30pm at Mildenhall Pool. The sauna is broken at present. Please contact the pool on the day to find out the latest news.
Nemarket swims are all 6.00 to 8.00pm. At the NEW Newmarket Pool.
Everyone is invited to collect a take away and take it round to a nearby members house following the swim. Tea, coffee, sauces and such like provided. Just occasionally we are unable to do this but we will try to give some warning.
